Things People Usually Ask

Do I need any fitness experience to join the Basics Class? +
Not at all. The Basics Class is designed for people who are new to structured movement. The pace is relaxed and the movements are explained step by step. You also receive a printable routine card so you can continue at home.
What space do I need for the Home Strength Coaching sessions? +
A clear area of about two metres by two metres is enough — a living room, bedroom, or covered balcony all work well. Your coach will plan the sessions around the space you actually have.
How does the Library Membership work? +
Once enrolled, you get access to a growing collection of bodyweight practices organised by level and focus area. New content is added each season, and periodic check-ins are included to help you navigate the library.
Are the sessions conducted in English? +
Yes — all sessions and materials are in English. Some coaches are also comfortable switching to Bahasa Malaysia if that is more comfortable for you. Just let us know when you enquire.
Can I start with the Basics Class before committing to coaching? +
Absolutely. Many people attend a Basics Class first to get a feel for the approach before joining the coaching block or membership. There is no obligation to continue after the single session.
What is the payment process? +
Payment details and scheduling are confirmed after your initial enquiry. We accept bank transfer and common Malaysian e-wallet options. Full details will be shared once we have discussed your preferred format.
