About Tubuhku
Movement Knowledge That Belongs to You
We started Tubuhku to give people in KL a clear, calm path into bodyweight movement — without equipment, without pressure, and without complicated fitness language.
Back to HomeOur Story
How Tubuhku Came Together
Tubuhku grew out of a simple frustration: most movement resources either assumed you had a full gym setup, or used language so technical it pushed newcomers away. The founders — a small group of movement educators working around Kuala Lumpur — wanted to change that.
Starting with informal home sessions in Chow Kit and Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim, the team spent several years refining how they explained basic bodyweight patterns. The goal was always the same: make the information usable by someone who had never thought much about structured movement before.
Today Tubuhku runs group classes, an eight-week home coaching block, and a growing membership library — all centred on the same no-equipment, plain-language approach that shaped the original sessions.
Our Mission
To put clear, honest bodyweight movement knowledge into the hands of people who want to build a home practice — wherever they are starting from.
Our Outlook
Movement is not a product. It is a practical skill. We share what we know in plain steps, update the library regularly, and try to stay useful long after the first session.
Our Values
Clarity over complexity. Patience over pressure. Small, consistent movement over dramatic overhauls. We think most people know their own body — we just help them listen to it better.

How We Work
Standards We Hold Ourselves To
Privacy & Data Care
We collect only what is needed to run your session or membership. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Clear Session Structuring
Every class and coaching session follows a documented format so participants always know what to expect and can reference the material afterwards.
Regular Content Review
Library materials are reviewed seasonally. Anything that is unclear or outdated gets rewritten before it goes back to members.
Open Feedback Loop
Participants can share feedback after any session. We read all of it and use it to adjust how we explain and sequence movements.
Continued Educator Learning
Our educators take part in movement study groups and peer review each year to keep their understanding current and their language precise.
Honest Scope
We are movement educators, not regulated health practitioners. We say so clearly and will always direct participants elsewhere if something is outside our scope.
Bodyweight Education in Kuala Lumpur
Tubuhku operates from Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman in the heart of KL. The location is central, close to public transport, and within easy reach of Chow Kit, Masjid India, and Dang Wangi. All three of our formats — the single group class, the eight-week coaching block, and the ongoing library membership — are available to residents across the Klang Valley.
The bodyweight movement approach we use at Tubuhku draws on established movement education methods used in rehabilitation settings, physical education, and independent fitness practice. We have adapted these into a format that works for people with standard home environments — a living room, a bedroom, a covered outdoor area.
If you are in KL and looking for a way to start building a consistent movement practice without buying equipment, joining a gym, or following a rigid programme, Tubuhku is built around exactly that kind of person. Sessions are available in English and, where requested, in Bahasa Malaysia.
Start with a Single Class
