The Tubuhku Teaching Approach
Level-Based Grouping
Content organised from simple foundational movements to more involved patterns — no guesswork about where to begin.
One Variable at a Time
Each session introduces only one new element so the learning stays clear and you can notice what actually changes.
Written & Printable
Routine cards and session notes go home with you — so what you learned stays usable without needing to remember it all.
Responsive Adjustment
Coaching sessions are updated each week based on what the previous session revealed — no fixed-script approach.
Format 01 · Group Session
Bodyweight Basics Class
A single group class introducing simple no-equipment movements you can do at home. Friendly and beginner-welcoming, with a printable routine card included so you can continue independently after the session.
- One group session, approx. 90 minutes
- Introduces six to eight foundational movements
- Printable routine card included
- No experience or equipment required
- Small group size for a comfortable atmosphere
How it runs:
Brief introduction — what bodyweight movement is and why it works without equipment
Guided walkthrough of six to eight foundational movements with plain step instructions
Practice time — you try each movement, the educator observes and offers simple adjustments
Routine card handout and a short Q&A before you leave
Format 02 · 8-Week Block
Home Strength Coaching
An eight-week coaching block that builds a gentle bodyweight routine around your actual home space and comfort level. Each session is informed by how the previous one felt — so the programme shifts to match your pace rather than a predetermined script.
- Eight weekly sessions, each approx. 60 minutes
- Planned around your available home space
- Session notes provided after each meeting
- Ongoing adjustment based on session feedback
- No equipment purchased or needed
How it runs:
Introductory call — discuss your space, your starting point, and what you would like to build over eight weeks
Week 1 session — foundational movements selected for your space and comfort level
Weeks 2–7 — each session builds on the previous one, adjusting as needed; session notes provided weekly
Week 8 — review session and a final routine card for ongoing independent use
Format 03 · Ongoing Membership
Bodyweight Library Membership
An ongoing membership with a growing library of bodyweight practices, seasonal content refreshes, and periodic check-in sessions. A practical, year-round toolkit for maintaining movement at home without needing to plan everything from scratch.
- Access to a growing library of practice content
- Content organised by level and focus area
- Seasonal refreshes — four updates per year
- Periodic check-in sessions included
- All content home-friendly, no equipment needed
How it works:
Onboarding — a short call to introduce the library structure and help you find the right starting area
Library access — browse and use practice content at your own schedule, organised by level
Seasonal refresh — new content added at the start of each season, old content updated where needed
Periodic check-ins — scheduled calls to discuss how the library is working for you
