A Closer Look at Three Experiences

Starting Point

Haziq, Home Coaching Participant

Haziq had tried following online workout videos but found the pace either too fast or the space requirements too generous for his one-bedroom apartment in Chow Kit. He wanted something that actually fit his environment.

The Process

During the introductory call, the coaching plan was built around a usable floor area of roughly 2m x 1.5m. Sessions over the eight weeks stayed within that constraint. Movements were selected and sequenced to avoid any need for wide floor clearance.

After Eight Weeks

Haziq established a four-day-per-week home practice using the movements from the coaching block. He completed the eight weeks and enrolled in the Library Membership shortly after.

Starting Point

Nurul, Library Membership

Nurul had some movement experience but found it hard to maintain consistency between structured programmes. She wanted ongoing access to content she could dip in and out of as her schedule allowed.

The Process

The onboarding call helped her identify which areas of the library suited her current level. She used the library across the week at varying times, with a quarterly check-in to review which content was working and what to explore next.

Seven Months In

Nurul has moved through two seasonal refreshes and consistently practises three to five times per week. She notes the check-in sessions have been the most useful part of the membership beyond the content itself.
